Carrie Golden-Brenner, M.D., F.A.C.S.
is board certified in Ophthalmology and
a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American College
of Surgeons.

She went to college and medical school at the University of Chicago earning a Bachelor of Science degree with honors as well as a Masters in Human Biology with research on Retinal Branch Vein Occlusion at the Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.

Carrie did her internship at Evanston Hospital and her Ophthalmology Residency at UCLA, Jules Stein Eye Institute. She completed her training in 1987 joining her father Bruce Golden, M.D. in practice at that time.

She has enjoyed working with the patients over the last 19 years. “I especially enjoy seeing a face light up after cataract surgery when a patient realizes how well they can see again.”

Carrie specializes in cataract surgery, treatment of glaucoma and general eye disease. She also does extensive work in aesthetics of the face and body including Botox, collagen-type contouring, Photofacial, microdermabrasion including treatment of teenage acne, and directs our hair removal treatments. “It is wonderful to be able to help people achieve their desired appearance, and to improve their outlook on life. We provide excellent and meaningful aesthetic treatments in a safe medical environment.”
