Chrys Stoyas recently celebrated her 20 year anniversary with Vision Surgeons & Consultants, Ltd. Aesthetic Plus with a cruise to Alaska. Chrys is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a Bachelor of Science from Loyola University. As part of her intensive continuing education [Chrys is a Certified Ophthalmic Technician with a specialty in ophthalmic surgery] she became certified in photofacial and hair removal treatments. She has been successfully performing these treatments for several years. Chrys personally attests to their safety and efficacy having had the treatments herself. Chrys is our Head Nurse and Chief Ophthalmic Technician. Our Greek patients are particularly grateful to Chrys because of her fluency in Greek.

Chrys is an animal lover with two cats, a dog, and an iguana named Guru. She also loves baking desserts and of course tasting them.

Chrys says: “Being able to help the patients understand and feel comfortable with their eye problems, upcoming surgery or any treatment they are having is what I love the most about my job.”
