Overview

Microdermabrasion uses very fine crystals to exfoliate or remove the top layer of dead skin. It helps create healthier, younger-looking skin. It improves skin tone, helps even out skin color, refines pores, decreases acne breakouts, and creates softer skin with a healthy glow. It uses aluminum oxide crystals or organic crystals to gently exfoliate the skin. Using aluminium oxide crystals followed by organic crystals can create a more beneficial effect. It is usually done in a series of treatments, but patients will see benefits after one.
